Assisty Terms of Service

Thank you for using Assisty and supporting its development. Assisty is a multipurpose Discord bot/app built using the discord.js NPM package (Discord's Official API).

2. Definitions

"Terms," "we," "us," or "the developers" refers to the creator and contributors of the Bot, including developers, moderators, or supporters.

"You," "user(s)," or "members" refers to anyone using the Bot or any of its services, including running commands, adding the Bot, or participating in activities hosted by Assisty.

"Assisty," "Bot," or "App" refers to the Assisty Discord Bot (ID: 1432765911516975365).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (typically 13+) to use Discord or the Bot.

5. Use of the Bot (Assisty)

Do not use the Bot for illegal activities or actions that violate Discord's Terms of Service. Testing for bugs is allowed only if reported responsibly.

7. Bot Availability

The Bot is provided "as is." There is no guarantee of uptime or feature additions/removals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the developer nor any affiliates are liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bot.

The developer may terminate or suspend access for users who violate these Terms or engage in malicious behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may change at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
