Assisty Privacy Policy

Introduction

Thank you for using Assisty and supporting its development. Assisty is a multipurpose Discord bot/app built using the discord.js NPM package (Discord's Official API).

Information We Collect

Assisty does not collect information when you simply add it to a guild, such as guild.id, guild.name, or invite links. All saved data is stored on the server and used only for specific features, which include:

• Giveaways: tracked 48h after end for rerolls (message, guildID, channelID, entries)
• Currency: user balances & A-Credits (userID)
• Join/Leave Messages: message, role, guildID, channelID
• AutoReply: trigger & reply per guildID
• Counting: last user, special numbers, channelID, current count
• Logging: channelID, guildID
• Verify: verifyButtonID, role ID
• Reaction Roles: button ID, role ID, Emoji and Message id
• Jail: old role IDs
• Afk: Old Nickname, timestamp, guild and username (reason optional)
• Suggestions: suggestion & username sent to private channel
• Issue Reporting: issue & username sent to private channel
• Birthday: Day, Month and year for the Userid, Incase of a Channel GuildID and ChannelID are saved
• Level System: Users Xp and Level as well as Set roles for each level
• Moderation Action Logging: Guild & Channel
• Tickets: GuildID, ManagerRole ID and Log Channel id

Data Retention

Data is stored as long as needed but deleted when configurations are removed. You may request removal by contacting us (see Contact Information).

Use of Data

Your data is only used to allow certain features to work and is not sold, shared with third parties, or actively viewed by any of the developers.

Data Sharing

Data is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or Discord policies. Some anonymized analytics may be collected for performance monitoring.

User Rights

Users can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their data where applicable (e.g., GDPR).

Security Measures

Your data is saved on a server that only developers have access to, with backups every 3 hours to prevent loss.

Children's Privacy

The bot is not intended for children under 13 (or local minimum age). Data from users under this age is not knowingly collected.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Updates may occur at any time; continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
