1. Introduction

Thank you for using Assisty and supporting its development. Assisty is a multipurpose Discord bot built using the discord.js NPM package (Discord's Official API).

2. Definitions

"Terms," "we," "us," or "the developers" refers to the creator and contributors of the Bot, including developers, moderators, or supporters.

"You," "user(s)," or "members" refers to anyone using the Bot or any of its services, including running commands, adding the Bot, or participating in activities hosted by Assisty.

"Assisty," "Bot," or "App" refers to the Assisty Discord Bot (ID: 1432765911516975365).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bot (e.g. Running a Command, Adding it to a Server and interacting with Assisty in any other Way), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (typically 13+ or Country based) to use Discord or the Bot.

5. Use of the Bot

Do not use the Bot for illegal activities or actions that violate Discord's Terms of Service. Testing for bugs is allowed only if reported responsibly. You may not try to get the Application Terminated or use it to perform illegal Activities

6. User Content & Rights

By using Assisty, you grant the Bot access to any data necessary for its features. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Bot Availability

The Bot is provided "as is." There is no guarantee of 100% uptime or feature additions or removals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the developer nor any affiliates are liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bot.

9. Termination

The developer may terminate or suspend access for users who violate these Terms or engage in malicious behavior.

9.1 Termination of Premium

In any case of abuse of Premium features — for example, spamming database entries or failing to comply with these Terms — access may be removed, potentially without a refund of Premium status. See assisty.dev/premium for details.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may change at any time. Continued use of the Bot indicates acceptance of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
